The room is luxurious and comfy, the staff are very-very nice people from reception to doorman. They offer a mini bar, satellite television and climate control. It has fantastic and particularly good location very close to Iridium Spa.

I would highly recommend this hotel for both its facilities and attentive service.

I absolutely loved the elegant and luxurious decor of the hotel. The design reflects a perfect blend of traditional Kazakh art and modern style, creating a visually stunning environment. The common areas are spacious and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like myself.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is that the staff should be more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were not as attentive or understanding of our specific requirements.
